Therefore, our refund eligibility is primarily determined by the terms outlined in the specific service agreement executed between Shayopram E Media and the client.

This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued for services purchased from us.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Refund Policy as well as our Terms & Conditions.

General Refund Policy

At Shayopram E Media, all services are delivered with dedicated time, effort, strategy, customization, and resource allocation.

Service Agreement Precedence:

In the event of any conflict between this general Refund Policy and the individualized terms in your Service Agreement, the terms of the Service Agreement shall prevail.

No Guarantees:

Due to the dynamic and unpredictable nature of digital marketing, advertising platforms (like Google and Meta), market conditions, and competitor actions, Shayopram E Media does not guarantee specific results (e.g., specific sales, leads, or rankings) and therefore, does not offer refunds based on the performance or outcome of marketing campaigns.

Because our services involve manpower, planning, advertising resources, paid platforms, and execution, we follow a strict “No Refund Policy” on all completed or ongoing services. Once a project, campaign, or service has been initiated, the fees paid are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Services Covered Under This Policy

All performance marketing, digital marketing, and website solutions fall under this policy, including but not limited to Content Creation & Content Marketing Service, Competitor Research, Social Media Marketing & Branding, Management of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Display Ads, YouTube Ads, WhatsApp & Email Marketing Management, Lead Generation & Remarketing Services, Organic Marketing & SEO, LinkedIn Marketing, E-Commerce Ads & App Marketing, Media Planning & Buying, Copywriting & Funnel Creation Service, Landing Page & Website Creation, Website Creation and Analysis & Reporting.

As these services require professional expertise, time investment, and third-party expenses (advertising platforms, tools, pixels, analytics, etc.), no refunds will be issued once the service process has begun.

Non-Refundable Items and Services

The following items are generally nonrefundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate, written agreement:

Time Spent:

Fees charged for work already completed by our team, including planning, strategy, research, content creation, ad setup, website development, and consultation time.

Third-Party Media Spend:

Funds paid by the Client to Shayopram E Media for the purpose of being disbursed to third-party advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, YouTube Ads, Display Network Ads, LinkedIn Ads) are non-refundable once those funds have been spent by the advertising platform. Any unspent media budget will be returned, subject to the terms of the Service Agreement.

Platform Fees:

Fees paid for third-party tools, software licenses, subscriptions, or platform access necessary to execute the services (e.g., CRM tools, reporting platforms, website hosting).

Completed Deliverables:

Fees for services that have been successfully delivered, such as completed copywriting, website creation, or social media branding assets.

Refunds for Digital Products, Reports, and Strategy Documents

Any digital assets delivered, such as strategy plans, marketing reports, competitor analysis documents, SEO audits, Ad Creatives, copywriting materials, website files, funnels, or landing pages, are considered non-returnable and non-refundable because they contain intellectual content and cannot be "returned" once delivered.

Refund Exception (If Applicable)

A refund may be considered ONLY under the following rare condition:

Duplicate Payment Error

If a client accidentally makes double payment for the same invoice, the excess amount will be refunded within 7–14 business days, once verified by our finance team. This is the only case where refunds are processed.

Performance Marketing and Digital Marketing Specifics

As we provide comprehensive services, including content creation, SEO, social media marketing, Meta paid ads management, Google paid search/display/YouTube ads management, lead generation, and remarketing service:

Ad Platform Policies:

Clients must be aware that the success of performance marketing is subject to the policies, algorithms, and performance of third-party ad platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.). Changes to these platforms are outside of our control and are not grounds for a refund.

Data Usage:

By engaging our services, you agree that data collected through tools like Google and Meta Pixels and Google Analytics is used to optimize performance and is not a refundable expense.

Refund Eligibility Upon Termination

If a client chooses to terminate a long-term service contract (such as monthly management for paid ads or SEO) before the agreed-upon contract end date, refund eligibility will be handled as follows:

Written Notice:

Termination must adhere to the notice period specified in the Service Agreement.

Calculation:

If termination is permitted and subject to a refund, the refundable amount will be calculated by deducting the full value of the work already performed and any committed, non-cancellable third-party costs from the payments received.

Administrative Fee:

A reasonable administrative and early termination fee, as defined in the Service Agreement, may be applied.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation of service, but cancellation does not guarantee a refund. Any work completed prior to cancellation remains fully chargeable. Any paid amount will be retained as a service fee for the time and resources already invested.

Client Responsibility

When you purchase any service from Shayopram E Media, you acknowledge that results may vary depending on industry, competition, market conditions, platform algorithms, and client cooperation. Marketing & advertising performance is not guaranteed and cannot be promised in numerical values (sales, leads, ROI, engagement, etc.). You agree that performance marketing results depend on external factors outside our control.

Therefore, refund requests based on performance outcomes, ad results, or campaign expectations will NOT be accepted.

Delivery Timelines & Work Process

Once a client signs up for a service: Work begins immediately after onboarding; Team resources are allocated

Strategies are prepared; Pixels, analytics, & ad accounts may be configured; and Tools & paid subscriptions may be activated Due to this workflow, refunds cannot be issued once any part of the process has started.

How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted formally and in writing:

Request Submission: Send an email detailing the service, payment date, the reason for the refund request, and reference your specific Service Agreement clause to support@shayopramemedia.com.

Review: Shayopram E Media will review the request against the terms of the governing Service Agreement and this policy.

Processing: If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original method of payment within 15 to 30 business days.
